We're very big fans of CFML / ColdFusion and a way in which we show this is via sponsoring events. We've recently sponsored cf.Objective().
cf.Objective() is the first conference to concentrate entirely on the most advanced and cutting-edge techniques in the ColdFusion world.- The top speakers in the ColdFusion community -- Sean Corfield, Jason Delmore, Mark Drew, Chris Scott, Mark Mandel, Joe Rinehart and many more.
- In-depth, solid presentations on more advanced topics -- perfect for your intermediate and senior developers!
- An intimate atmosphere -- small enough to give your developers access to those experienced speakers and attendees, so that they will learn even while they network!

If you, like me, have found it rather hard to find a conclusive website where you can find art events occurring in and around your location then our new bespoke web site development project is for you.
ArtCalendr.com (http://www.artcalendr.com) not only allows you to easily find events but it also allows you to 'organise your art life' through its calendr system and to-do lists.
ArtCalendr is a free online service that provides comprehensive details on art exhibitions and events taking place at more than 20,000 venues in over 40 countries.
Another great feature of the site is the artFindr area.

I was recently asked to run a report showing the total amount of subscribers one of our sites has had over the last ten weeks. The results were to be broken down into a per week basis. This would be simple enough to do in Coldfusion but I wanted to take all the work away from the server and let the database do all the hard work.
Here is what I can up with

Here at TalkWebSolutions we pride ourselves in being a CFML development house. We've now over 25 years of in-house ColdFusion development between us (excluding the array of contractors that we use).
Today (20/1/2008) James Privett has joined us. James has great consultancy experience and has recently worked within the gaming and property market. We've a lot of interesting projects on at the moment (social media, CRM, CMS, bespoke online applications, eCommerce etc) and I'm sure James will be a great asset to us all here.
So from all of us here, welcome James.

Here at TalkWebSolutions we use WMWare to test our applications on many different operating systems with different browsers installed - this allows our sites to be fully tested for the outside world.
Today I had a bit of an issue with a Virtual Machine not shutting down correctly - all I saw was the 'shutting down' screen.
