Collections Trust and Brighton-based online consultancy TalkWebSolutions have announced a new partnership to re-launch the award-winning Collections Link service for museum, archive and library professionals.

Launched in 2006, Collections Link has become the leading source of Collections Management information. Following extensive consultation with the UK and international Collections Management community, the service is being redeveloped to provide a platform for practitioners to connect, share their knowledge and learn from the experiences of their peers.

The new Collections Link site will go live in Spring 2010 with a host of new services including tools to help practitioners connect with expert groups and networks; a subscribers’ area to help users find all the Collections Management advice and information they need; and an enhanced database of training and professional development opportunities.
