The Client
Periscope Projects – an independent new media producer with a great idea about helping young people make informed careers choices using video interviews from the
workplace.
The Challenge
The client arrived with the flash based video player already in development, yet no order or administrative process within which to house it. Modern schools are
fast pace institutions with little time to spend on poorly thought though websites. With over five hours teaching to deliver each day, teachers need confidence
on the resources they use; not just how they work, but how easy they are to access. The real challenge was to create a licence generation and subsequent login
process that works students, teachers and school administrators; each with very particular needs.
The Solution
We worked closely with the client from concept through to completion and assisted them in creating Talkingjobs.net. - a new, exciting educational resource to
create the right tools for managing his relationships with schools; to fully administer the site from payments through to site content and licence agreements.
The Benefits
The client has been able create a unique online educational resource that closely matches and responds to the needs of the young adult audience it addresses,
and the schools and that are tasked with providing it.
