The Client
Medical Children’s Research Network (MCRN) - an independent hospital commission involved in making research data available to hospital mangers.

The Challenge
To overcome the restrictions of a local database, accessible only to a small group of people, one user at a time. Highly restricted access.

The Solution
We worked in close consultation with the client to develop an advanced, online portfolio management system that allowed management control and access across multiple sites.

We introduced an intuitive interface, and significantly streamlined and upgraded application features including adding automated functions and improved document management and sharing. Security was addressed with permission-based access.

The Benefits
The client has reported that this key management tool has increased project productivity. It is delivering cost savings, improved team collaboration and analysis.
